Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

• All orders are shipped by either FedEx or DHL shipping services. 

• All orders are processed and shipped on business days only. Monday through Friday, excluding major Taiwan holidays. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the next business day.

• Please note that we are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Any customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchase.

Return Policy

• If in the unlikely event there is a defective product or any other quality concerns beyond your control, please contact us at ec@jovisa.jp within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the product is nonrefundable.

• All returns will be managed on a case by case basis.
